January was pretty eventful as well - our downstairs toilet has been leaking for who knows how long. The floorboards were rotting. Ryan has spent the month replacing the floor, tile, and toilet. It will look great when it is done, but we didn't want to remodel that way! I will put pictures up when Ryan is done. He is close. He just needs to install the sink and toilet and eventually add the crown molding.

One of the joys of homeownership...Seems like bathrooms always sneak up on you. Don and I have redone all of ours, and I have become quite the tiler. Of course I usually am 7 months pregnant at the time. Thank goodness we have 3 bathrooms and 3 kids. Statistical corelation?
